AquaCelle Q10® uses an innovative and patented delivery technology to significantly increase the bioavailability of CoQ10 through a clinically-validated self-micro-emulsifying delivery system. The technology aids the absorption of CoQ10, a fat-soluble molecule, in the aqueous (water-based) gastrointestinal environment.

Active Form Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin sodium phosphate)

This one is a huge pill and whatever is in it made me a bit mental! I’m caffeine sensitive so it definitely gave me a kick! Not sure that I’d order again, would probably prefer something smaller so I could better control the dose.

Unfortunately we’re unable to fit all the active ingredients into anything smaller, however, you may carefully pierce the capsule and squeeze the contents into a smoothie. Brain Energy doesn’t actually contain any caffeine but it does contain a lot of active form B vitamins and other mitochondrial nutrients such as bio-enhanced CoQ10, which are designed to help support and optimise your cellular energy levels.
