How do I take these products?

Based on the available clinical evidence of the ingredients in the formula, the dosage advice suggests a daily dose of 10g (approx. 1 tablespoon) per day. Gut Repair™ is delicious in water, but thanks to its versatile flavour profile, you can also mix it into your favourite juice or smoothie. 

Whilst it can be taken at any time of the day, we recommend having it first thing in the morning or after dinner.
